This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, how long we keep it and how you can see, correct or delete it. In short: we collect as little as we can, analytics only runs if you allow it, we use no advertising tools and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Univolute Tech Global Pvt. Ltd.decides how and why personal data collected through this website is used. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, that makes us the data fiduciary for it.

2. What we collect and why
We collect only what each purpose below needs. We don't use your data to make automated decisions about you or to build a profile of you.
Messages you send us
- What we collect
- Your name, email address and message, and your business name and phone number if you add them.
- Why
- To reply to you and discuss the work you asked about.
- On what basis
- You give us these details yourself so that we can respond, and we use them only for that.
- How long we keep it
- Two years after our last contact with you, unless we start working together.
Email updates
- What we collect
- Your email address, if you tick the updates box on the contact form.
- Why
- To send you occasional emails with new articles and company news.
- On what basis
- Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- How long we keep it
- Until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
Your account
- What we collect
- Your name, email address and profile photo from your sign-in provider, or your phone number if you sign in by phone. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and we never see them. Phone sign-in uses Google reCAPTCHA to check the request before a code is sent by SMS.
- Why
- To sign you in and fill in the contact form for you.
- On what basis
- You choose to create an account so that we can provide it.
- How long we keep it
- Until you ask us to delete your account. We then delete your data within 30 days.
Spam protection
- What we collect
- Your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interact with the page, collected by Google reCAPTCHA. It loads only on the contact form, and only if you accept functional cookies.
- Why
- To keep spam and automated abuse out of the contact form.
- On what basis
- Your consent, given in the cookie settings.
- How long we keep it
- Google keeps this data under its own privacy policy. We receive only a pass or fail result, which we don't store.
Site analytics
- What we collect
- The pages you view, how you arrived and how you use them, your browser, device and approximate location, and a random ID stored in a cookie, collected by Google Analytics. It loads only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Why
- To learn which pages are useful so we can improve the site. Google Analytics' advertising features are switched off, so this data isn't used for ads.
- On what basis
- Your consent, given in the cookie settings.
- How long we keep it
- Detailed data is deleted after 14 months at most. Summary reports that don't identify you are kept.
Record of your cookie choice
- What we collect
- A random consent ID, the choices you made, the version of the cookie settings you saw, the date and time, and your user ID if you were signed in.
- Why
- To show that we asked for your consent and what you chose.
- On what basis
- We need to be able to prove consent when we rely on it.
- How long we keep it
- Three years.
Technical data
- What we collect
- Your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, recorded by our hosting provider when your browser loads the site. When you send the contact form, the server that receives it also holds your IP address in memory for up to an hour, without storing it, to limit how many messages one address can send.
- Why
- To deliver the site and keep it and the contact form secure.
- On what basis
- Needed to show you the pages you request and to protect the site from misuse.
- How long we keep it
- About 30 days.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies and storage keep the site working and don't need your consent. Functional and analytics cookies are used only if you accept them. We don't use marketing cookies.

4. Who we share data with
Images, icons and other content are served from our own site, so while you browse no other company receives your IP address apart from Google, as our hosting provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, through Google Analytics.
- Google hosts this site and provides our sign-in, database and the server that receives the contact form, through Firebase and Google Cloud, and processes that data on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how the site is used, also on our behalf. If you accept functional cookies, Google reCAPTCHA runs on the contact form under Google's privacy policy.
- Our sister company, Unitary Tech Global OÜ, only when you ask us to involve them in your project, for example when the two companies work on it together.
- Authorities and advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
5. Where your data is processed
The server that receives the contact form runs in Google Cloud's Mumbai region. Google may also process data in other countries, including the United States, under its data processing terms and the safeguards they contain.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated
- have your data erased when it's no longer needed or you withdraw consent
- nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to
- have your grievances about how we handle your data addressed
- withdraw your consent at any time, through for cookies or the unsubscribe link in our emails
To use any of these rights, email contact [at] univolute.com. We aim to reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you're not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights the GDPR gives you, including the right to object to how we use your data and to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted. Contact form messages can only be read by the people at Univolute Tech who need them to do their work, and the database rejects any attempt to read them from a browser.
8. Children
This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change affects something you've agreed to, we'll ask for your consent again.
